by gamespot, the conduit (had to do it) in general RE:UC. I was surprised how much I liked that game. I was like "I'm here to buy SMG but they have this too and I have extra cash. Ah why not" and then I was like "whoa....this is fun....but its on rails...why do I like this?"
This. on PS3, Valkyria Chronicles. Didn't valkyria chronicles get stellar reviews and everyone seemed to have some super happy fun party because they all loved it so much ._.

I don't really have a favorite underrated game. In fact most games I've played are overrated. But out of them all maybe Wii Sports. It was a great first game.
i'd go with bruno. okami trully deserved more attention. had it succeeded, clover studios would still be among us by now, working hard on a sequel or a spiritual sequel of some sort. :(

I totally agree, it's not underrated, but it deserves so much more appreciation. It may be a port but it's an absolutely fantastic game. I've just started playing it yesterday and i'm totally hooked; the best $20 i've ever spent. :D

Definitely LostWinds. It was the most unique Wii experience I've had. I predict a lot of people will say Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn, Excite Truck, Wii Music, and Wii Play,
I gotta go with de Blob. It was my Wii game of the year for 2008 and very nearly my game of the year, full stop (it was narrowly beaten out by The World Ends With You). For it not to have sold a million by now is an atrocity. :P

Me neither. For the first hour that is... After that I kind off knew what to do with the somewhat clunky and glitchy controls. And the game became much better. :) I quite enjoyed it, even the swordfights.

Definitely Dragon Blade: Wrath of Fire. That game has great potential. It starts off slow but as you progress and get more upgrades and such, the game really opens up. Its an good game and deserves a more refinedsequel.

That game is HARD, and the graphics are first gen PS2 quality. The controls are nearly the same as Soul Calibur Legends, and the controls suck. This game was properly rated. I just couldn't get into this game at all. Opoona is easily the most underrated game on the Wii. More people need to check that game out, especially if you dig quirky RPGs and Sims like Dragon Quest or Animal Crossing...
Okami - Great game! I enjoyed it a lot more than Twilight Princess.
Speaking of Zelda, Ialso think Majora's Mask is very much underappreciated. I'm playing it for the first time in VC and I'm totally loving it! Maybe just behind Ocarina of Time as my favourite Zelda game. The puzzles and side-quests are ingenius, deep and satisfying. The time-based mechanics and the variety of masks added a lot of depth and flexibility to the gameplay. I don't understand why this game got lots of negative feedback back in its day.
Like others have said, Wii Sports is really under rated. And Wii Play is way over bashed. Its ten bucks (unless you had 4 Wiimotes and then bought it) and is really fun with a friend.

The game is difficult at times but that doesn't make it bad. The Graphics aren't the best I do agree and the Controls are difficult to learn until you get the two dragon hands powerup and dragon wings ability. It actually accurately mimics your motions with the two dragon hands and dragon tail whipweapons. The graphics and controls are the reason I said that it deserves a more REFINED sequel because the game actually isn't bad. Motion Plus could help this game greatly. With a Graphics and Controls boost, this game could be awesome.
