Hmm... I loved Meteos and Advance Wars: Dual Strike (even though I still haven't beaten that game yet...). However, now I've been playing Pokemon Pearl a ton. If I had to choose one though, I'd say Advance Wars.
Animal Crossing: Wild World and Pokemon Pearl are my favorite DS games, because unlike most games they don't force me to do anything, so I can do whatever I like. :D
NSMB because it's nothing but sheer fun with a touch of old school gaming thrown in. it may be short, but it's so good that i've beaten it 3 times already
I would like to say EBA but the music wasn't very good. It would be a tie between SM64DS (I never played the original so I adored this game) and FFIII because it was the first FF that I played long enough to actually beat it which caused me to beat FF9, FF6 and FF7! Now working on FFVII!

Hotel Dusk is a very boring game, but wanting to know what happens next in the story is what kept me playing. It's like a book.

I got #2 today, completed normal and so far the soundtrack is dissapointing, almost EBA level of dissapointment which is pretty bad for me atleast. So far the 1st is still king thanks to a better soundtrack aswell as having better stories. I'll wait to play hard and very hard before passing a final judgement because those 2 difficulties are way more fun and can make the experience a whole lot more enjoyable, but so far it's Ouendan>>>>Ouendan 2>EBA.
i'd probably say hotel dusk: room 215 or advance wars: dual strike. i just got hotel dusk today and i'm on the last campaign level on advance wars....:D
