Super Mario Galaxy would be my favorite, it gave me that same sense of enjoyment and wonder that Mario 64 gave me back when it came out. Zelda TP, Metroid Prime 3, and Super Smash Bros Brawl are close behind it though since I like them all equally.

My favorite Nintendo Wii game is RE4. I never had the opportunity to play RE4 on the Cube but when I purchased it for my Wii I got glued to the game for hours. After a long break of not playing it, I'm back to being glued. I love SSBB only if I'm playing with friends otherwise I'd rather pop in my RE4.

Galaxy, MP3 or The Godfather.

Super Mario Galaxy it has awesome level design,great music and power ups and its different to any other Mario game I have played.

Galaxy or Zelda TP. Galaxy was the most original and Zelda the most epic. Although Mario Kart is pretty awesome too. SSBB has broken online and doesn't incorporate any Wii features. It might as well be in the GCN.

I'd say a close tie between MK Wii and Brawl, but I guess I'll say MK Wii considering that I tend to have friends that would rather play this than Brawl.
