What would you guys recommend as a first 3DS game? I can't decide between Super Street Fighter IV, Rayman 3D, and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon:Shadow War. I also had Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell 3D. I crossed out Pro Evolution due no wireless multi and Splinter Cell due to poor reviews complaning about controls as well as Sam taking most of the screen. Another reason as to why I am not getting Splinter Cell 3D is because I am going to get Splinter Cell HD Trilogy. I will not be getting a second game until some time in May so I would prefer game that will hold me until that time. So what game should I get?

If you want a game to hold out until may then definitely not Rayman 3D, it is a great game but I have almost got 100% completion and its been almost 15 hours. SSFIV 3D is amazing and that may last you until may and whether you are a beginner who enjoys fighting games or a pro at fighting games then this title should be a good bet. As for ghost recon, I haven't played it, so I don't want to effect your decision over that game.

Hmm, that's a tough call, it depends how into fighting games you are. There's tons and tons of content in SSF4 but for me I never play it in bursts longer than 30 minutes or so, and I didn't when I had it on console either, fighting games rarely hold my attention for a long time, but again, that's just me. Shadow Wars definitely sounds like the kind of game you could get lost in for a couple of hours, but it's not the best for showcasing the system's 3D or anything, however that might not be a big deal since you have the AR cards and other stuff to see how cool it can be.

I picked up SSFIV and its amazing. I have the game on my Xbox, but I find it more enjoyable on my DS than Xbox.

Ghost Recon is a worthy game. You should be able to put a fair amount of time into it too. While the 3D may not be too flashy, it is certainly very pleasant. It didn't disappoint me in the gameplay or 3D. And if its flashy 3D you're wanting, then the system itself supplies that for now in the menus and preloaded software.

Ok, thx. I'll go with Ghost Recon first, then SSF IV in May. I'll wait for a price drop on Rayman since I'm getting Devil Survivor on my 3DS in June:D. After June there should be much better games out like Zelda, Metal Gear Solid and Resident Evil:).

I got SSF4 and Lego star wars. Both game have pretty good 3D but I prefer Lego star wars by a small bit. The flying segments are very impressive.
