very nice, just read the review and it seemed to be quite a decent game, hopefully other scores are similar around the 80s making it the best home console sonic since like forever :P although heroes was alright though :) just too many characters

Sonic Heroes was terrible. Sonic Adventure 1&2 completely walked all over it (with SA2 prevailing over SA1). What made SH suck was the bugs in the game, I didn't die a single legitimate death in that game, I either kept running off the edge as if magnetised towards it, glitched through the floor or something else, for instance missing a grind rail cos I didn't move (when half the time not moving actually gets you on it!).

I agree with that, and I have to say that I think most of my deaths where from sonic not locking onto an enemy or completely missing a branch etc. I liked the idea of the game and enjoyed the first couple of levels quite a bit hence why I said it was alright, I think I didn't do the last stage as it was just too much learn what exactly you have to do if not you die kind of situation, like the rail grinding thing you said
I'm on the fence with this, I'm not 100% sure I'm going to snag it, but I most likely will at some point ... the only reason I'm on the fence is because I've currently got Donkey Kong Country and Super Mario World to bide my time with.
