TP- The cutscene where those guardians of the Twilight mirror had Ganon chained to that rock and he had busted through the chains (badass) and killed one of the guardians. Although you couldn't see it on their face you know all the other guardians were like oh sh1t!
When Midna returns to her orignal form and Link is all gawking at her and she says "you act like you never saw a pretty girl before" or something like that.

when you play Saria's Song for Darunia and he starts dancing. It makes me laugh everytime.
Beating up the Skulluta family in Kakariko town. hearing them scream was funny.
Link finding out that Sheik was actually Zelda. He was just staring at her like "did you instantly change your sex?"
