Future wii updates?

Does anyone know where we can find out about future Wii enhancements? For example, are they going to do something similar to Second Life or the online communities where we can play games with other people online? (I know that the Pokeman game has that capability) Anyone know of things to come with the Wii system?

Nintendo is very restrictive with online. They don't want any pedophiles to talk with children.

On the other hand i like what EA is going to do with its online games for the Wii, it will have friends lists instead of codes. That will be nice.
