I'm try to find a list of games that you can connect the ds to the wii with. I remember final fantasy crystal chronicles for the gamecube required a gameboy advance to play so kind of something like that. Anyone know of any games?

Geometry Wars Galaxies connects to the Wii version, to unlock the last galaxy on both versions.
Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia connects to Castlevania Judgment to unlock... something or other.
Pokemon Diamond/Pearl for the DS can connect to Pokemon Battle Revolution for the Wii. There's also some unlockable content if you connect Geometry Wars: Galaxies from the DS to the Wii. You can also download DS demos from the Nintendo Channel on the Wii.StanleyL
(Adding on)
I believe Animal Crossing Wild World (DS) can connect to Animal Crossing City Folk (Wii)
This an old thread but it seemed to come up early in my search so i will add to it
I was also looking a for a complete games list, please help
I will also add
batman brave and the bold, you play as an extra character, batmite, but I couldnt get it to work (i think i had to unlock batmite after several missions before he was available) and gave both games away fairly quickly
In animal crossing it is a bit of a farce. The only link is that anything you own from the DS can be bought in the store, thats it. But it does not link in australia, there are some articles about europe to aus portedversion and aussie ds version or something
Ihave played CC echoes of time, its cute and works perfectly but once again is flawed, your linked play achievements and levellling do not appear offline. I tried to help a child progress so we played together and killed a few bosses, got a few weapons etc but then offline on the DS they were not available
