I just wanted to ask can I play for example FFIII for GBA imported from U.S on my EU version of DS?

there is no problem, I have a friend has a few Japanese games.
whit final fantasy 3 did you mean the USA final fantasy 3 for snes? because that game is final fantasy 6 in every other version of the game(even further USA versions)
well then I have to say that the European version is exactly the same as the USA version, it's not like in games like final fantasy x or devil may cry that have horrible European versions, they don't have the restriction because the machine is exactly the same. and the European version has been translated to French,German,Spanish and Italian(I'm not 100% sure of Italian). well if you want the English version and you are in the USA or can get this game for a lower price go on ahead.

Also the European games have bigger transparent boxes, instead of the black ones...
guys he means FF6. all you lil kids wouldn't know that though. best FF EVERMrMC7992No need to be condescending... he already clarified what he meant, plus I played the game you're talking about on the SNES, and you know what?
It's Final Fantasy VI. Final Fantasy III is on Famicom and DS. FFVI was just called FFIII on the SNES.
