I'd like to see the Fire Emblem games and Advance Wars for sure. I would really like it esp. if they got the suspend on close feature working for these games (it does not work for the ambassador titles). Honestly, any GBA support on the eStore at all I'd be really happy to see since they current have "no plans," which seems like a missed opportunity to me.
This is everything I would buy if all GBA games where added to the eShop.
I just buy the original carts instead. I've got an SP, a DS, and a GB Player on my GCN to play 'em on - screw waiting.
Looking through that, reminds me how amazing the GBA wasThis is everything I would buy if all GBA games where added to the eShop.

Nintendork2
Yeah, playing them on an HDTV via GB Player is awesome.
Anyway,here's my list.
Pokemon(all except the Mystery Dungeon ones)
Metroid Zero Mission,Metroid Fusion
Castlevania Double Pack(HoD & AoS)
Gunstar Future Heroes
Astro Boy Omega Factor
Kirby Nightmare in Dream Land,Kirby and the Amazing Mirror
Tales of Phantasia
Golden Sun 1 + 2
Sonic Advance 2 & 3
DB Advanced Adventure,DBZ Supersonic Warriors
Yoshi's Island.
Their is a lot of them since I only purchased 2 GBA games since I got my GBA after the DS was released.
The only two games I had were Gunstar Super Heroes and Metroid Zero Mission.
This is everything I would buy if all GBA games where added to the eShop.

Yeah the GBA and DS had fantastic libraries in comparison to any platform once their cycles reached an end. Can't wait to see what the 3DS will be like in another 4-5 years!
Only GBA game I would really like to see on the eShop is FFTA. Can't even imagine the number of hours I spent playing it on the GBA and FFTA2 on the DS (still play it on my 3DS from time to time on a new save file).
Basically my answerp>
