Hey, fellow DSers! I want to get a good FPS for my new cobalt blue DS Lite. I was scouring the game websites and online retailers and found a handful of different games. I narrowed it down to a couple choices. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Mobilized, and Metroid; Hunters (?). I can't decide which one is better. There's no review on COD: Modern Warfare Mobilized here on Gamespot. So, I was wondering if I could get help here on the forum. Thanks in advance!
Out of those, I personally think that Metroid Prime Hunters is the best. Mobilized was fun, but the graphics seemed a little out of whack. Metroid Prime Hunters probably has the best online as well, but don't expect a large online community in any of those games, everyone's playing xbox....
Cool, thanks. Metroid Prime seems sort of like Halo and I'm not too big a fan of it. I own both Modern Warfare games for my PS3. Thanks for your input, I'll definetly look into Metroid Prime.
I had COD:MW on the DS and didn't really like it, don't know about the "Mobilized" one. Brothers in Arms DS was pretty good, you might want to consider that.
Metroid Prime Hunters....it takes like 200 shots to kill with the normal guns xD so its way slower than call of duty in that regard. I didn't like it much. Generic sci-fi weapons+taking forever to kill others. My suggestion would be Golden Eye for the DS coming out later this year...
MPH is ok online, which is crazy considering how long ago it came out. I didn't get into the story much at all though. In fact it wasn't very much fun at all, if you buy it, you but it for the online play. I would go with Mobilized.
If you want to play online I recommend CoD Mobilized, There's a pretty tight knit online community, we have tournaments pretty often and there's about 3 different clans you can join. WaW had better wifi but its dead these days.

Metroid Prime is nothing like Halo, in anyway. Halo has more in common with Call of Duty actually. Anyways, I really do not recommend Metroid Prime Hunters. The single player mode is incredibly repetitive. It's just the same two bosses over and over. The online was ok, but you really need to invest some time into it as those who remain are either very experienced, or cheaters. I'd strongly recommend you invest in something else.
