From what I know about this game, is that there is an external piece that plugs into the GBA slot of the DS and then you use the screen to strum. I saw a picture of it in a gamestop ad magazine. It does look interesting and I guess if you have a craving for GH and it's no where to be found you can always pull out your DS and start rocking ;P

If it gets like a 7.5 or higher, count me in. I heard GH IV was coming to the DS, too, so it might be worth it to get both.

I might get it, but I'm not sure yet.

I play a lot of Guitar Hero (and Rock Band) on my home consoles, so I really enjoy Guitar Hero, and there's no doubt that the DS version is an interesting way to play the game. Also, the peripheral it comes with is neat, plus the touch screen strumming is a cool idea.

Still, there isn't a whole lot of songs for the price of the game (I know it's a portable version, but still), so I'm not sure it will be worth the money yet.

I'm relatively close to green lighting a buy of it, but I'm not there just yet.

It is so you can consider OT a warmup. More songs when we get better at it.

Yeah, i'm interested in it. Especially with GH IV in the fall, it's worth it. Plus, i'm one of the few who prefer 4 frets to 5, since i stick to medium (or Rock Band's version of Hard).

I might get it if the Wi-Fi is worthwhile. But most likely not. I played frets on fire on the PC and didn't like it that much.

Well, unless things have changed since May 8th, it's on the DS, too:
"For the holiday, we'll provide a significant leap forward in innovation for Guitar Hero worldwide on all platforms including the PS3, PS2, Xbox 360, Wii, and again on the DS," he said cryptically. "We'll provide more information detailing this specific innovation in a couple weeks."Mike Griffith --publishing president at Activision--
