Hi guys havent posted on gamespot for a long time but im thinking about getting a Wii. I spent alot of my childhood playing N64 games with friends and at home, and have a list of classic n64 games that i would love to play again on a new console, im guessing not all of them will come but how many are there to download now, a few favourites would be diddy kong racing, top gear rally, mario 64, goldeneye and lylat wars. Would they have any more features compared to there original counterparts (i.e online play, rankings and so on)? Finally what are your views on the Wii as a whole so far, how are the games range of accessories etc...

Thanks in advance

So far, only Ocarina, Super Mario 64, MarioKart 64 and StarFox 64. I got the first three as soon as they were available :D

They're basically the same as the orginals, except MarioKart 64 doesn't allow you to save time trials or ghosts :(

Unfortunately, Goldeneye probably never will be downloadable on the Wii because it was made by the company Rare, which since has been bought by Micro$oft :( :(

Overall, the Wii is awesome!

Mario 64 is already on the VC, and Lylat wars (AKA starfox 64) is out in america, but not here the UK (which is where i assume you are from since you are calling it lylat wars) but should be available soon.

As for the wii, Its a great system which you wont regret buying.
