How much this set is worth - NES

I can buy this set. So please tell me how much is worth. Only two games have instructions. All set is in Pal Version.

Not sure about PAL, but for a rough guess i'd say 125-150$.

Seriously ? He want's for this 300$, and i thought it worth is over 400$-450$

I'm not a specialist on NES games, but I can't see any rare title in his "collection" and Sets in this size usually go on ebay for 150-200 (or this). Since he's offering it to you without the cost of ebay and having to do work, I wouldn't pay more than $150

But in this set every game have a box

None of those games are rare or have high value. On the contrary those are some of the best selling games in NES history. I wouldn't pay more than $300 for that stuff. and that's assuming the cartridge pins in that NES have been replaced.
