How to convince my mom to stop going on the Wii?

Ok so a month ago I told my mom that she could watch Netflix on the Wii. That was possibly the worst mistake I have ever made in my life. Since then, she has used the Wii EVERY SINGLE DAY right when she comes home from work to watch movies. I want to have my Wii in my room so I can play games on it at night when im bored. But as soon as I asked her she said "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!". So how can I convince her to stop going on the Wii?

mess with the movies on her list so none of the movies she wants to watch are on there, then you can play while shes fixing it. Devious i know but it must be done :P

Disconnect your wii from the wifi so she can't get movies anymore then wait until she stop's caring about the wii and then take it to your room.

Now uninstall Netflix and thell her Nintendo dropped the support for it!

Good thing my mom stop caring about video games right after tetris on the Original gameboy. The only thing she knows this generation is wii sports.

I earned the money myself. I mowed lawns over the summer and shoveled snow in the winter for neighbors. That's why I think I deserve to do what I want with the Wii.

Then she would talk about how either she puts a roof over your head and food on the table, or how she popped you out of the world.

That never works, no matter how unfair it is. The only way to work this out is a peace offering in the form of Roku box.

Like I said though, you could buy it for her as an all inclusive present for all 3 celebrations this year (mothers day, birthday, christmas present).

Best of luck to you my fellow young blood gamer. When you get to my age of 27 years old it will be the girlfriend contending with your video game valhalla (and sports watching among other things), and things get a whole lot trickier at that point :)

Dad's are more logical. Explain the situation to him and get him on your side. Your mum will (probably) listen more closely to him.

Or, who gets home first, you or your mum? If you, be playing the Wii before she gets home, she's not going to chuck you off your console (I should hope).
