I was watching people play pokemon battles on ORAS. They were discussing IV/EV spread but how do they get them like that? wasn't IV completely random? They even decide the nature. I quess it's cheating as they got a shiny cresselia.. I don't know if this is seen as ilegal , but if it's legal then does someone has a youtube video on how to do this?
