How would you feel about another Red/Blue remake on the 3DS

I personaly would love it. It's been awhile.I've been thinking about where Pokemon would go after Black and White.

And after the turn out of all the new Pokemon designs... A new game with new pokemon doesnt exite me.

The biggest reason I'd want a R/B remake is just because the 3DS could really upgrade the graphics beautifully.

A 3rd remake would be a stretch, but I really feel like a lot of new features could be added along with the most updated

graphics.

What do you think?

Make it fully 3D, alter the story and stuff a bit, throw in all the features from B&W and a few new ones and it'd sell a billion copies. I know I'd buy it in a heartbeat. bobbetybob

So if they just combined the features, put it in 3d, and just created a few new features, I'd trade my soul.

Even though im not a big 3D fan, the 3DS could really do something with the graphics.

How about a Collosseum-type game but with the same story? It shouldn't be that hard with the 3DS' capacity.

Collosseum is a totally different game. I wouldnt enjoy it as much as the gameplay of the Red/Blue Pokemon type games.

I'd love it if

they gave us more than one region

it was fully 3d with fully 3d battle animations

its user interface was more like heart gold and soul silver or upgraded (not black and white, i dont like their user interfaces)

have pokemon follow

basically... just have every good thing from the last games and make it feel like a sequel but just have it as a remake.

I kind of had enough of red/blue. The remake on GBA is just fine. What I would like to see is a Ruby/Sapphire remake on the 3DS.

Yes please. The first 151 pokemon are amazing and always be the best ever. They can do so much more with this game too like what people posted here. I think this thread should be kept alive forever until Nintendo see what us gamers really want.

If they told me a D/P remake was coming out tomorrow with B/W Graphics and its features I would buy it in a heartbeat. :P So obviously I'd be all over a 3DS R/B remake.

I want a Pokemon game in which you choose one of the five regions, then play through the whole game as normal with only that regions pokemon. After you do that you could take your pokemon with you and head to another

If they made a game with all five regions, so much would have to change.

Like experience gain, it would have to be lowered a ton. Just so that you don't have pokemon all lv100 before you get to the second region.

Either that or an entire new system.

And B/W had the most Pokemon I liked in one gen. I find most of the old ones are horrid compared to these.

i would buy it, but i would hope they would make it more like yellow in the sense you start with pikachu and can get all starters. also it would be cool if they expanded the game to go on after the 8 badges and elite four following the show more

If they had a Blue/Red remake with a GOOD NEW FIGHTING SYSTEM then I'd be all for it. After Gold/Silver I got bored with the rehashing.

Funny thing, I've got the perfect idea for a new battle system, but I can't do a lick about it.

I've been wondering what Game Freak will do for Red and Blue's 20th anniversary. Maybe they started 5th gen on the DS to make room for 2 remakes on the 3DS? :P
I'd like to wait until 2015~2016 for it. IMO, Kanto is being overused and we should let other gens take the spotlight... cough Ruby Sapphire cough...

The best way to figure that stuff out is to try it for yourself.

It's too soon, but still a Pokemon Blue remake is always welcome.
Bring back MissingNo (without the cheat to multiply items) and maybe make Crystal Onyx a Reality.

No, another remake of Red/Blue is too much in my opinion.
