No, they don't have a publisher yet. They're waiting until the game is ready, so they don't have to worry about pressure from the publisher affecting development.
I wouldn't mind it if Ubi published it. They took a chance with NMH, showing that even if they can't make decent games themselves, they'll at least publish good ones made by other people.
seeing as this game is so far in development it'd be pretty hard for a publisher to screw it up. But if anyone could manage it it would be ubi- I mean babysoft. But High Voltage is smart enough not to let anything bad happen.
How much do you want to bet that its Midway. Ubisoft has put a lot of junk on Wii but Midway is basically slapping Nintendo in the face this gen. 360 and PS3 got Unreal while Wii get Gameparty from them.
Plus Midway's offices aren't that far from High Voltages.
