The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion IV! That would be awesome! Using the Wii mote to cast spells, swing your sword, and use a staff. Tell me that wouldn't be awesome!
That's kinda... lame. An awesome game for the Wii would be a first-person stealth game. Just think, you could knock people out or grab them with a quick swing of the Wiimote/Nunchuk, you could take out guns and fire them, turning the game into a shooter, and you could also grab someone, pull out your knife, and slide the Wiimote quickly to slit their throat. That sounds really cool to me.

Thats never going to happen so, you mind as well lose that kind of thinking. There will alot more ports to go around this gen.
A great game idea would be a 3D Megaman game, that uses the classic formula of robot masters in different environments. Its 3rd person perspective and you control the arm cannon and the powers from the cannon with the wiimote and nunchuk. Like for example you have the power to create tornadoes you use the wiimote to make circles keeping the tornado going and the nunchuk to steer it around.
It's not a good idea because everyone will compare it with the other gorgeous versions and the Wii will be turned down. The gameplay elements you point out are good but they should be implemented in a new Wii exclusive game, not a port.
