I no longer have the need, the need for speed...

I've been a huge fan of Mario Kart DS and online play until today. For the past week, I haven't gotten any wins (or losses). It's people quiting. I understand things come up and people got to go, but that is completely different than waiting till the last lap of the last race of a circuit. If they were winning they wouldn't quit, so why do it when you are down! It drives me nuts, I continually put in work and effort to find people to play with and finally get in a match where people leave on the final lap of race #4. I just don't get it.

I cant see your sign but yeah those kind of people really winds me up. They just dont want to lose but i dont know why? You are not going to be wining all the time and you play to have fun not to win unless you are in a tournament

I totally agree man. I've had worse than that though. Hackers galore... One player was basically teleporting to and fro on the course instead of just driving, somehow... The same guy even managed to change the winner of the race to himself after I passed the finish line before him, it was unreal, I saw my player icon go from number 1 to number 2, after the race was already over... People like that kill the fun, oh well, here's to good sportsmanship joke_man!evrdayblues

FIY, same thing happened to me today. I was in the lead of some guy named olie and he was about 3 lengths behind when I finished. Jumped from 1st to 2nd. Have these people no dignity....

You need to collect some friend codes and organise some games on here, against reliable and friendly players. I'd give you my friend code, but right now I don't expect to be playing any games online until the end of the month. Uni is about to get very busy for me indeed. :(Raiko101
