I hope Nintendo develops one soon for the Ds before they jump ship to a newer handheld. Phantom Hourglass was awesome!

I know what you mean. Nintendo could easily correct all of PH's flaws (a.k.a. The Temple of the Ocean King) with a new game. I'd love to see what they'd come up with.

Don't worry, we'll have a new Zelda for the DS soon. GBC, GBA, 64, GC, Snes (only in Japan) and NES had two or more Zelda games so, why wouldn't the DS have two if it's selling millions and millions? I am 99,9% sure about that.

Sorry for my English, my primary language is Portuguese.

I'd love to see one. Doesn't matter whether its the same graphics, controls, etc., but I want a next entry to have a much larger world and/or a longer adventure mode :( Phantom Hourglass hardly took up any room on the DS, yet Nintendo made it only 15 hours. Imagine if it stretched the DS' capabilities -- that number could easily multiply.

Hopefully, they'll fix the oversimplified feel that plagued Phantom Hourglass. If so,I'll be happy about the next DS Zelda if it ever comes out.

I hated going back to that one temple time after time. (and that isnt a spoiler, you learn that the first time you go to it and it is the first temple...and they tell you to go there that first time)

Anyway, I wasnt a fan of that backtracking and running back and forth.

I want more land, less water, more dungeons, harder difficulty, multiplayer isnt essential (maybe multi card co-op like four swords), and better use of the items, you used the items like once then got another and another. it is a fairly long list but its possible and would be great

If they make another one, I would like to see it resemble The Minish Cap. That was a great handheld Zelda. Possibly also borrow some ideas from Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Time, I really liked those games in the series as well.

The only flaw I saw with Phantom Hourglass was that later in the game there are stupid sharks that attack your ship!

"I don't want to fight you sharks, I just want on the next island!!!"

Another Zelda game would be great! The controls worked so well with Phantom, why not?

Me too. That sort of news would make me a very happy girl indeed =D

Im replaying PH at the moment, simply as im waiting for orders to be delivered. And, it seems very simple 2nd time round - but still very enjoyable (bar that frustrating temple of the ocan king grrr)

xx

Actually, the GBA only had one original game(Minish Cap), unless you count Four Swords.

I 100% agree. Phantom Hourglass is my favorite SinglePlayer Ds game ( the Wifi's fun, just not the best there is).

I know but I was counting with remakes (GBColor also had a remake and a game with two versions).

If the last remake for a handheld is A Link to the Past, maybe the next will be a Ocarina of Time remake with a multiplayer mode for DS...

I wouldn't mind another one, but I'd prefer a new one for the Wii.

I really think that they should port OOT and/or MJM but I would be the first in line to reserve a copy OOT on the ds.
