or just a plain Game boy?

or even ps3 if the new one dosn't cost more then 530$..

Getting off topic, actully their was a price drop on ps3, the 60gb is 499 and a 80gb (new from e3) is now 599. (and this topic probably should be in system wars) but i would say it depends what you like. Nintendo DS is more "all aged" games. Games that are fun to most ages, they appeal to young kids but grown ups may also find them interesting and fun.And ps3 is more for "older" people (not to say little kids can't play, its just most games are "M" and viollent and bloody). But their is a HUGE difference between ds and ps3 you should be able to decided based on the games they haveapu0404

The DS is the besy system in my opinion. I've never had so much fun on any system, ever.
