My friend is crazy :( He really wanted a Wii so he payed 1000 dollars for a Wii (it normally costs 350 in my country)
He already owned a X360...

He ain't as lame as the ones who paid 2000 for a PS3 who only had a 12 inch crt tv and in a week online auction sites were selling ps3s below the retail price.
I laugh at all those guys who bought up all the PS3s thinking they could make a fortune selling them on ebay.aransom
Of course it was sad how many of them were returned when they saw they weren't making jack on ebay. I actually ran into one of these guys and he had no idea the wii was from Nintendo or what E3 was. Seems to have been common with the scalpers that not a single damn one of them even know about the dreadfull E3 reception the PS3 had. I wasn't thinking of scalping the ps3 at all. I knew the hardcore would be willing to plunk down 700 and over would be gone in a few days after preordering and the launch.
Once new Wiis become easy to find, the price of a used Wii will gravitate to somewhere around $125. If used electronicsgoes too far above half pricepeople won't buy it. aransom
I highly doubt Nintendo will even drop the price of the WII. Its one of the cheapest consoles out there. But then again who knows :)
