LMFAO...Yes you are right. I was blind but now I see. I will support whatever garbage you throw at me Nintendo.
I bought the wii before I bought the 360. In fact I never even planned on getting a 360. There was so much potential there and I was really excited about it. And I was like you, after a few montrhs when people started bashing it, I said be patient.
The only thing Wii has going for it are 1st party titles. It's sad that SSBB is still the #1 (right now #2) game. The problem is that the wii is a sub par system (from a technical standpoint) so anything that comes out is going to that much better on one of the other systems. Without Mario, Zelda (a gamecube port), and SSBB, the Wii would have died a long time ago. Believe me, Im the first to say that I wish Nintendo could go back to when they ruled, the NS and SNES were my favorite systems. MAybe thats part of the problem. The Wii had some big shoes to fill, and its falling short.
I'll have you know that a big problem with the Wii is that it's too technologically advanced for many 3rd party companies. The majority of the companies aren't able to figure out how to handle motion sensing hardly at all yet alone proficiently. Many companies aren't able to harness the Wii's greatness, and some gave up while others are still attempting to figure it out.
I'm looking at your sig and appearantly it shows that the Wii is selling more then the 360/PS3, and the amount of time it took for Wii to pass up the 360 was less than two years, and it even came out a full year after the 360's release in N.A. Also, if it's all JUST Mario, Zelda, and SSBB as you say it is (even though that statement is wrong), well then it further proves one statement I"ve said all along: Nintendo can handle themselves just fine without 3rd party support.
Wow...this is it cause I got better thingds to do than argue on the net w/ a 12 y.o. fanboy. Waggle controls are not "technologically advanced". Take a look at the iphone 3G apps store, plenty of people have found pretty creative things to do with that. Now motion control plus...that MIGHT be a different story. My fear for that is that developers (good ones) wont waste their time developing anything good taking advantage of it. But until that comes out I wont comment on it other than it should have been available at launch instead of making my another periphreal.
have fun playing with your Wii
btw, you were way off on my age.
