In which of these game genres below, should Nintendo develop a new game series? - Turn based RPG (like Final Fantasy) - Open-world action/adventure (like GTA) - Stealth action/adventure (like MGS) - Fighting (like Street Fighter/KoF) - Realistic racing (like GT/Forza)Tsukune-kun
A combination of the bold, minus the "turn-based" part. Not that I don't like TBRPGs (Chrono Trigger, Pokemon Silver/Gold, and Paper Mario are some of my favorite games ever), I just nintendo has enough solid ones, like the upcoming Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. Besides on a console turn based RPG, everything is easily improved by HD, while the Wii controls have little to no affect on it, so there's no reason to compete when they could make a totally new and immersive game that resembles nothing else.

golden sun an pokemon are turn based RPGs zelda can be considered an open world action-adventure smash bros is a fighting game, as hard to believe as it sounds sometimes :P and maybe not realistic, but F-zero has the best feeling of speed you could ever see in a game. play GX and get to over 1500 miles/hour to see what i mean.

and that's why i'm not rushing anyone to give us the next F-zero. i want it to feel as awesome as GX (but please dont make such a hard story mode :cry: )

a "peeping tom" type of stealth game would fit Waluigi or Wario nicely. They could peek at Peach or Rosalina or Whatever that other lame chicks name is.
Their sneek attack could be the SBD, the silent killer.
I'd love to see a Mario based FPS with 32 player online. They have a new RPG comming out, but I don't know if it's turned based (didn't those go out of style in the early nineties?).

So you want Monado? Somewhat similar, but I just want a game like that with a good Nintendo feel.
To be honest I actually would like to see Earthbound have a reboot, but as an open-world action-RPG, for reasons I said before. Then make a DS companion that stays true to the series' roots.
I would like to see Nintendo make a game that is a free roam game thats not a Zelda Or Mario game but that probably wont happen for a long, long, long time.

Ever played Wind Waker? :P ZELDA with more stealth moments would be great (the "spyface" link does is priceless :lol: ), but definitely not something like MGS.
