is dragon quest hard

are theese game easyer than final fantsy cause i picked up final fantsy 3 got 10 hours in now im just bored and i was looking for a good rpg. dragon quest just looks better cause the graphics are more cartoony and bright.any way are they as hard as final fantasy 3

depends on what one you get, dragon quest 4 and 5 are perfect difficulty, and so is dqm joker through the first half of the game. imo Chrono Trigger is better (and cheaper) and it isnt too difficult either. but if you already have that, get dq5 its the best by far.
