Is metroid not even multiplayer?

When i first saw metroid prime 3 said i hope its wi-fi now im not sure if its multiplayer. If it isn't im not going to by it.

Nope - no Wi-Fi. It was expected that it was not going to be online - Metroid games arent suited for online play anyway, if you want a FPS online shooter, play halo.

And too bad that your not going to buy it because lack of multiplayer, your going to miss out on a huge revolution in the shooting genre.

Basically, he wants another crappy multiplayer mode like on Metroid Prime 2.

Only idiots talk like that "I'm not going to buy it because it's not online".

I will rent it a couple of times but single player games are fun but after you beat them there not fun anymore.

Metroid Prime games are one of those games you can go back and play again and again because their fun - and its not easy to get 100% completion.

Metroid will be an awesome experience. Hands down. But why not ANY mulitplayer at all? Nintendo has missed a GIANT milestone with this. If anything that is holding Nintendo back from getting the PS3 and 360 fanboys, its FPS. And Metroid is its marquee title, and it skips online mulitplayer?

WTF is everyones deal with it not having multiplayer? None of the other games in the series (aside from Hunters, which wasn't even developed by Retro) had online multiplayer, in fact the one game that did have multiplayer SUCKED. Why would anyone even think that this game would have multiplayer if the others didn't either? Ugh.... it is a first person ADVENTURE not a shooter after all.REVOLUTIONfreak

yeah - and it sucked.

im glad it doesnt have online, it means the single player will be longer, and better. Plus, the online in hutters wasnt all that good.walkerctranger
