Is this a good price to buy the DSLite for?

So i just recently won an auction for a DS Lite.
It's a brand new Polar white DS Lite sealed in the box, comes with a case and two games: Brain age, and Brain Academy.
It came to $176 Canadian altogether with shipping.
thats about $150 something US Dollars.

so, good deal or not?
I thikn it is, considering for a ds lite it is 149.99 canadian, plus tax so it comes to around 170.
two games around $60ish plux taxes...

what do you think?

I just bought mine (USA) for 129 and Brain Age is 20, so essentially it's like you got a free game with it.

It's alright, nothing amazing though. The DS Lite I've seen on sale for about $130 CDN from time to time, and both of those games are roughly $20-25 CDN.

He says how much they cost new in the bottom of his post. TC: Where are you buying those games, they are usually under $25 before taxes at WalMart, not $30.

brain age is 24.99 and so is big brain. hmm i thought they were 30. oh well.

Maybe good deal in your sense, but as far as it being a good deal compared to what retail stores charge, it's nothing huge. Like I said, the DS has being going on sale from time to time in the last couple of months for $130, and those games together can be purchased for under $50. Heck, right now, Dell has a sale for a black DS Lite, and Brain Age, although it may be Big Brain Academy, for $150. Add another ~$25 for the other game, $175.

It's a used price, you can usually find really good deals on used things if you find the right person.

I got mine some months ago and I bought it for 140 euros. That's 184.48 Dollars. But since everything in the US and Canada is so much cheaper, I guess we just leave this out of the matter.

good, if you dont mind playing with something someone else has touched. when i buy a console it has to be brand new for me. i cant stand holding something for so long that someone else has been holding with their sweaty, germy palms.

you should get it if you want those games. If not, then just buy the DS lite at a store...
