Metal Gear Solid on the PS1. I can't remember how long I played it for with my brother, swapping turns but we finished it around 5 or 6 times one St. Patricks Day.

My former days:
10:30AM: Wake up, begin playing WoW
9:30AM: Cease playing WoW, Sleep
3:30PM: Wake up, resume playing WoW

What a fun existence.
Zelda TP was another good one to play from morning to fairly early morning.
And once I get Super Mario Galaxy, I'm sure I will continue the trend.
And then there's the Guitar Hero 'Just one more song' scenario.
