What is the largest SD card you can put into your wii.  I have been looking around the internet and Nintendo says only a 2GB card but there are some people claiming you can use up to a 8GB card.

Please tell me what is it?

With out some Wii system trickery, it'll only read a 2GB card. With some trickery (padding files so there's 2GB free space left) it'll read a 4GB SD (not HC) card. As you fill the card you can remove the padding files. So, eventually you could have 4GB in use. And, apparently it can always read a 4GB card. So, if you're managing files on the card and remove too much, you could still read the files, but you'd have to pad the card to be able to write to it again.

Currently, only 2 GB. Though, the SD cards aren't used to nearly the potential they have. Now, if we could draw save data from the SD cards, then I would use mine more. XD
