Which game should I get mario hoops or yoshi island ds, I'm not surre which one to buy, so help me out. Please.

I prefer platformers, so Yoshi's Island and I think it would last you longer. Mario Hoops may be a more entertaining game with friends though.

Yoshi's Island DS. I'm not very good at basketball games. And I liked the first Yoshi's Island.

Well it depends what your interested in.... You can have fun with your friends online with Basketball or if you want fun by yourself Yoshi.

I traded in my copy of Hoops after a few weeks.  I was fun for a little, but that's it.  I love Yoshi's Island DS.

Mario Hoops is not WiFi, so only get that if you know other people with the game, because multiplayer is really fun, but by itself its not as good a game as Yoshi's Island.

i have both the games but mario hoops get boring after a while but yoshis island ds keeps you entertained much longer

Definitely Yoshi Island DS, Mario hoops 3 on 3 is good games but it has it limits.
