I just got my DS Lite, and was wondering if my choice of buying Mario Kart: DS and Pokemon: Diamond are good for two first games?

If you like kart racers, and RPGs then those are excellent choices for your first games. Since both make nice use of Wi-Fi Connect, I'd also advise purchasing the USB Wi-Fi Adapter or a wireless router.

The games also last pretty long. If you have friends with the games too, you'll have endless fun! :D
