Well if Penthouse is rated T then yeah.
My point was that if X has objectionable material, it doesn't become less objectionable because Y has something worse. The topic creator's dad has the right (and responsibility)to decide any game is inappropriate, no matter what it's rating is.
But then again the TC has the right to go out and buy it on his own.
yes he can but then he can't use it in his Dad's house, he can buy and play it at an friends place but in his Dad's house unless he aproves, which he wont end of story, I agree with aransom because he is right and the parents are only trying to help. But they are taking it too far I think, maybe they should like research and find out thats it's not just an everyday shot em up which he probably thinks it is.
