what i really hate is when i come up with a brilliant plan when playing advance wars then when i try it out it just fails
The Final Boss in Final Fantasy III. Made me have to power level for many hours, challenge it again, then come to find out I still can't beat it. Reason why I still haven't beat it yet. I don't like to power level, defeats the purpose of playing to me. FallofAthens
I can totaly relate to that man. I spent HOURS of getting shurikens formy ninja, just to have to go to waste. I finaly beat it at Lvl 55.
mine would have ot be Pirates of the Caribbean at world's end... UPSIDE DOWN SHIP LEVEL
Also Splinter cell chaos theory ds, the whole last few levels
Mine would have to be the last level of Advance Wars: Days of Ruin. I pulled off every level in that game with an A or S rank within four goes... EXCEPT THAT ONE. I had to do that level two dozen times just to get a C. Annoying doesn't begin to cover it.
Totally agreed, once i had a briliant plan, positioned my rockets near a bridge (they were all open, but out of the reach of the enemy) then i put a small tank to lure the enemy md tanks (around 4), the stupid enemy CO had his power full and raised his movement, result: bye bye rocket launchers :cry:what i really hate is when i come up with a brilliant plan when playing advance wars then when i try it out it just fails

World 8 in New Super Mario Bros. I literally screamed "**** you stupid pumpkins!! AARRGGHH ****!"Ugotownedo
lol yea dat game frustrates u but it ends up gettin u addicted so i beat it in 2 days (i kno NERD!)
to tell u the truth the simpsons game last level is just the hardest i mean jumping on skinny pencil's dodging lightling me playin simpsons game-NOOOOO I HATE YOU BENJAMIN FRANKLIN -_-"
Final Fantasy III- I HATE YOU EVIL RED FIRE TENTICLE HEAD MONSTER WHO DOES'NT HAVE A BODY!!!!!!!!!!
Assasins Creed- Man i'll just stay W/ the Xbox Ver (playin Xbox ver)
LoZ PH-Crap I Died!
the most frustrating game EVER was Final Fantasy Three. Oh My God. there was this part where i got stuck on the world map and i hadn't saved for a while. If i died, i would go all the way back to the beginning of a dungeon i had just beaten. Well, I had really low health. And luckily, I saved right when i was outside the dungeon. As i try to walk back the town, every 5 steps-literally, i would die. So, to get to the town, I had to save-literally-every 1 step i took. It was the most frustrating thing i have ever done-videogame wise
UGH
Far and away, trying to say "Blue" to Brain Age. It doesn't understand you, so you try to say it slower, still doesn't understand you, so you say it louder. By the end you're slowly screaming "Blue!" at the screen and winding up to chuck the DS across the room.Sciphertrue that and Phonix Wright, not examining the right place in the blue badger case
For me it was going back to the same damn Dungeon in Zelda... Entering that place started to make me feel nauseous.

Same here. Having to start right at the beginning made me so angry. Everytime I was told to go back I just sighed and usually left it for the next day. . . by the end it was easy to figure out, but before you have the ability to kill the Guards it's damn near impossible!
Edit: I nearly forgot WHY I have such ill feelings towards that dungeon!
I was in the last part of said dungeon: the part where you have to carry the pieces of the Triforce across a large open area where if the gold guard sees you the exit would be blocked by flames. Well, I had a quarter of a heart container left in my health, and only 30 seconds left in my hourglass. . . so I was being SUPER careful. I had the last piece of the Triforce in my hands, and as soon as the guard turned his back I made a run for it! I made it past the wall of flame and onto the second stair before the Guard saw me! I had made it! An hour and half of traversing this evil dungeon and I was finally done! Yeah, you know what? Somehow, even though I was past it, the wall of flame still killed me. I had the last piece in my hands, I was a mere second away from finishing the dungeon. . . and I had to start from the beginning.
Needless to say I didn't play that game for a few weeks after that.
I dunno why everyone, including critics, seem to hate the Temple of the Ocean King. For me, it was the best part of Phantom Hourglass, and going back to beat my high score was always entertaining.
The two most annoying areas in handheld gaming for me both are in 2D platformers; in Yoshi's Island, whenever the damn baby gets jarred from Yoshi's grab, and in Contra 4, when an unexpected bullet pops out of the no-man's land [space between the top and bottom screens] to kill me.
The Final Boss (I think) in The World Ends With You. He is ridiculously strong compared to the other bosses you fight right before. At first I thought he was a boss that I was suppose to lose on, but I changed my mind after I hit the retry screen. What sucks is that the fight lasts like 20 minutes each time, and I can only bing down his life like halfway. The other two bosses right before were so simple, almost as easy as beating any of the regular noise you find crawling the streets. After trying for 3 hours, I decided to go try and level up a bit more. I've been leveling up for almost 2 hours now.
After 4 fights with the boss I switched everything to the easiest mode, and still did not get any further. What a waste of a night.
Oh yeah, BEST. GAME. EVER.

XD;; Not to brag... But I beat that boss first try. Just stay quick on your feet and make sure to bring a heal pin. Also, one of those pins that lets you attack from afar does the trick.
Anyway. Most frustrating moment:
DRAWING THE D(&!@(jxjnqu!&*TDXBUIUIO& triforce on the door in the Temple of the Ocean King. I'd heard about the thing before being crazy annoying but I figured it was because most people didn't quite figure out how. BOYHOWDY WAS I WRONG.
Even if you get the principle of HOW to, good luck trying to get the system to recognize what you're doing. It has to be a specific size. :/
After at least a couple of hours, I got through with I did it. I got the door open. In frustration, I shut down my DS and went to bed. The I sat up and remembered I forgot to save.
Mine would be the last part in Lunar Knights, when I had **Spoilers**
Destroy the lifeform controlled by the Immortal. I'm not good at games, so this was somewhat hard for me, died like 9 times, made me mad. But I beat it.
Trauma center is brutal. I remember the times i was so close and BAM my vitals dropped to 0 in a blink of the eye. So frustrating. I got by with lots of C rankings, i can't imagine trying to get S's on all missions
Etrian odyssey is impossible unless super dedicated, then the game is a merely on ULTRA HARD difficulty
Sonic rush was pretty annoying since they make it so u die so many times so u can memorize the stage and then finally u beat the stage and get whooped by the boss.
Any time I'm in public and have to make a noise into the stupid mic. Especially blowing up balloons in mario kart battle mode. I know you can hold down select but its way slower.
and going to the same temple over and over in zelda.
Goldeneye: Rogue Agent. I had it for the Gamecube and loved it. Thought it might make a fun portable FPS, but not only were the graphics most wretched, but it was a b@#*$ to control. Plus it felt way too dumbed down. And the difficulty never came from difficult foes... simply poor controls. Oh well, it is someone else's problem now.
the whole of trauma centre 1...annoying..but my boyfriend managed to do it just fine AhHhahH..
And mario&luigi partners in time..the caterpilla boss thing whatever it is..still stuck on it =[
in the world ends with you when you have to slide very slowly the reaper creeper to the white zone, my touch screen was failing and just when i was getting to the white zone my screen failed and moved it to the top of the screen... and i just hate how many times you have to do it in the game.
i turned off my ds without saving after 4 hours of playing dragon quest monster joker. i havent played that game since then
i had 1980 moves on the last slide puzzle of proffessor layton
*This is without having to look at a Walkthrough*
Forgetting the black light in Hotel Dusk, until the last chapter. I looked at the walkthrough, afterwards, and found out. Pissed me off:(
overwriting a game that i've been playing for 10+hrs with a new game accidently flowerpedal
