[QUOTE="gamer6464"][QUOTE="livinitup01"][QUOTE="webbut"]Im getting tired of useless motion controll. like collecting star bits or just replacing a button press with a wiimote waggle webbut
Lets put it this way: Would you have rather pressed A twice or C to spin Mario in Galaxy or just shake the controller? I vote for shake the controller.
Also imagine collecting star bits without the pointer. It would be alot harder than people think.
honestly i thought star bits were pointless other than to make the game easier by giving you yet another way to rack 1-ups. The only other way u use them is to force feed small star shapped creatures and thats just mean. I would have rathered have jumped with A twice. In fact i would have enjoyed the game a lot more if i was allowed to use the classic controller. the only thing that would have changed would be parts involing pull stars but even thouse parts could have been done using the Right analog stick.
How would you use a right analog stick, to move a pointer on screen? Also racking up 1 ups doesnt make the game easier considering your lives reset to 5 every time you quit, and nothing happens if you get a game over. And spinning by pressing a button would have been alot harder than just shaking it.
I can't play a racing game without the wheel.. I tried some racing games on the PS3... It just doesn't feel the same. Turning a wheel is much better than turning a joystick thingy...brettneo3012
Other systems have wheels too.

what do u mean how? when u moved the right anolog up the littler cursor star would move up when u moved it down the star would move down etc etc...it wouldnt be as convient as pointing but i would have liked the option to use use the classic controller because i like it more the whole have to press a jump but then having to waggle the wiimote didnt work for me i thought it was stupid

I really dont see how flicking the controller is that bad. How is it any different from pressing a button. And using an analog stick to move a cursor on screen would defeat the purpose of wii.

i guess u didnt like Fire Emblem. I just didnt like flicking the controller i need for it to work ever time exactly on time and wiimote flick didnt work like that for me a lot of the motion controlls felt like they were just thrown in because they had them and that worked great for the pull star and the ball and the sting ray but the jump didnt cut it for me. plus if the player controlling mario couldnt use the wiimote flick to jump it would have given the 2players ability to do so more meaning
