My Wii has been very hot on the opposite side of the disk tray, and its not even on. im a little worried, is this common or does this happen to you?

Yes my Wii gets very hot. (Tries to hold in laughter.) All jokes aside no it doesn't, especially since I got the Wii crystal cooler.

I've noticed my Wii gets warm with the Wiiconnect running 24/7, but never hot.  Of course, it's elevated off the carpet and turned sidways with plenty of airspace all the way around it.
