New Conduit 2 screens

Since the other thread has been hijacked beyond recognition, this is worthy of a new one.

These images were ripped off of Gamestop.

Looks promising so far. Can't wait for some video.

The artstyle is improving i guess, but the pics are really small

looks good and i hope that is the real release date because if it is it comes out on my birthday

The second picture is simply gorgeous. The first and third have amazing atmosphere. The first kind of reminds me of something out of Metroid Prime.

Yes, they are small, but that is usually indicative of the product not being final. These could get better.

I can't quite tell from those pictures, but I hope that they did what I said they should do, which is to stop relying on textures so much to create contours in the environmental models. That made everything just look terrible.

I like that the guy in the second pic is wearing perfectly angular gauntlets, to fit perfectly over his deformed arms I bet.

Here we go again..... For the time, no doubt Metroid Prime 1 was a great looking game, but I think too many people are looking at the game through an old romantic memory.

i have to say that those look fairly better, but they still fail to impress me.

I'm so psyched for this game. I'm curious as to how the game is gonna pick up seeing as how the last game ended. Anyways, I think the story will lead to December 2012, since that's when the Anunaki Elites are released from exile and go to Iraq to activate the ASE to destroy the world. Even Metroid Prime 3 doesn't have the technical quality of HV's new shooter. You may like the art direction better, but the textures, lighting, and shadows are actually better in the newer game.

Yay! I just bought this issue of Nintendo Power, literally about an hour ago and read some of the article and man....it sounds HREAT! These pics look awesome as well :)

Looks ok just hope they manage to balance things out ..NOT leaving certain stages to plain/barren..graphics looks ok..the gun in the 1st pic looks crap...square? really? c'mon ...the 2nd pics look ok...but again square? armour (around the arms)

That gn looks remeniscent of the Deatomizer from the first game. one of my favorites in multiplayer.

would've helped comparing if your pics (even if taken from gamespot) weren't so low-res and grainy. and yes, i still think it looks better. but if you want to keep arguing, here's a bad-quality image of prime 3. just look at the charge shot and it should be enough.

Yeah I was think that too! except It was more of like an enhanced Laptop gun.

I used that line regarding the last one after seeing it at PAX, but the graphics honestly didn't really change much in the last year of the game's development.

Metroid Prime was a Gamecube game and the only reason it looked so good on the cube was because nintendo made it and they make AMAZING game graphics look at Twilight Princess it looks better than some wii games and it was on the cube. Besides you guys are acting as if you think this game was going to have AWESOME graphics. The game does look good but remember it is from High Voltage Softwaare and they are not the greatest develepor in the land. Also the gun from the first screen looked like a gun off of a wiiware game called onslaught.

This game is going to be good IMO.

BTW Metroid Prime is my 4th favorite game of all time!!! I rated it 10/10

Looks ugly, again. The Conduit would be my least liked Wii game/series, I think. Especially since it gets so much unwarrented praise.
