new to megaman

i wanna get into the megaman games but i dont know which ones to play...there are so many and i dont know which to pick

which ones do you guys recommend and should i start with ones from the gba?

YOU ARE NEW IN MEGAMAN!!!!!!!????????...... man I'm getting old... well for ds there is megaman battle network 5 and megaman zx, originaly there was a megaman for NES system and a megaman x for SNES, in battle network you fight with characters of megaman's games (like fireman or pharaonman) and in zx you play with a fusion of x and zero that is a second character in megaman x games... I recommend you to play zx, is a platform game like the original megaman instead battle network that is a rpg and in zx you don' t need to have a "megaman background"... well not really but is the 5th of the series!!!!

lol i feal old these games are great to check out and if u dont like gba games then just start on the ds games. 

Gba games to get megaman =MM and Battle network = BN

MMBN this game was a classic to the series of battle network.

MMBN 2 sequel worth the play time

MMBN 3 game is very good they all have the same game engine but they add to it every new game

MMBN4 this goes for MMB3 also just get MMB3 white and MMBN4 red sun game is sweet

MMBN 6 gregar very good keep sthe series going and a very good ending.

MMzero 1,2,3,4 go get these games there amaizing side scroller adventure.

DS games

MMBN5 double team its both games in one its the gba version of both 5's made for ds for 15$ its a steal better pixels more color looks great.

MMstar force dragon,leo,pegasus basacly like a 20 years later  continuation to battle network plays the same.

MMzx continuation to the MMzero series on gba

MMZX advent sequels to ZX

buy MegaMan Zro games they are the best and will help you understand ZX

ZX is a different series from Zero. The Zero series ended. Anyways, if u own a DS, get ZX and Star Force. There u will have two Mega Man series. Ones a platformer and ones an rpg.

I'd recommend either Mega Man Anniversary Collection or Mega Man X Collection. Try MMAC first since the games started the whole trend of the MM series.
