Really really dissapointing...

i knew it wouyld flop, and what is up with all hockey games having that stupid vertical camera view of the ice, its stupid for 2 player, the only hockey game series ive ever like is hitz and thats mostly becuz the camera is horizontal not vertical, wat i want is a hitz game for wii, now i would buy thatAAwiidog

What's depressing is that this is the season where one of the greatest hockey games ever made comes out.

This is just a sub par effort that shows they got on board late and tried to beat EA to the stores.

If they weren't serious about a game this season they should have just continued the development process and try to have the superior game next season. Instead they tried to screw Wii users out of their money by offering a fast game before EA had the chance to do it.

I will probably just get NHL 09 when it comes out for the Wii, I've always liked EA better than 2K anyways, seeing i bought NHL 08 and 07 the a couple years ago for the PS2 rather than NHl 2K8 and 2K7.deadlycolour

The thing that irks me is that 2K didn't go into this with both feet. If you're going to do it do it all the way.

EA did it with games like Madden and Tiger each with good results and they also did it with NBA which fell down the stairs.

2K need to have that kind of attitude.

2K isn't trying.

They knew they were the best hockey game in town, so they put out an effort fitting of beating the competition.

Meanwhile you see them make a new baseball game every 2 months, each claiming to be the best game yet.

Someone at marketing told the company to establish one market and oversaturate it for profit. I can't wait to see how much they complain when their competitor gets a bigger share.

Nope. I didn't think the Wii would ever have a hockey game, Nintendo usually gets the shaft when it comes to hockey. Gamecube only had up to 06, DS has never had a hockey game, GBA only had one. With all the other shovelware the wii gets, this is one I actually bought because I am a hockey fan and am glad someone brought the sport to the Wii.

Damn. I was hoping for a much better game.

Oh, well.

Ouch.

At least i am Wii60 and im enjoying the best sports game in a while
