nintendo ds question

im really wanting to purchase a Nintendo Ds, Only thing is, how long do you think it'll be until another nintendo (portable) system comes out? Cause i dont really want to buy a ds, then after a year another model/system comes out.

It will be another 2 or 3 years. 

The DS hasn't seen it's full potential.

 Bite the bullet and buy one.

get one now, its the funnest system. i know ill still be playing it long after the next gen comes out
