IMO ninty needs only a pair of big franchises to fill that list

Nintendo is just too slow this gen, seriously need to make some games. They should have hired and trained more teams as soon as they started dev on the Wii all these dead months could have been averted. Pikmin 3 is supposed to be coming out this year, god knows when though probably around E3. Theres the remakes they are the only other Nintendo games for the first half of this year, I have no idea of the release dates. Haven't a clue what Nintendo is doing the end half of this year but they best come up with something to make up for the dead months...hopefully this won't become another dead year.stike22

Don't forget E3. I'm expecting we'll be seeing Pikmin 3 this year, which will greatly improve Nintendo's lineup. Also, they're putting a lot of focus on the DSI this year, and it's alread getting Fire Emblem, Pokemon, and Zelda.

Just wait for E3. There WILL be something at E3...oh please let there be something at E3.

Microsoft does not publish either of those titles. I don't know why you''re talking about them.

With the way the market is going, Resort is probably going to catch right up with Wii Play and Wii Fit anyways. Sales are a non-issue here. The fact remains that 8 is a bigger number than 3. Until you can disprove that fact, I can't really see anyone arguing Nintendo's ability to publish here.

That being said, Punch-Out, Wii Sports Resort, Sin & Punishment 2, Trace Memory R, and Excitebots are all titles I'm looking forward to. Cosmic Walker and Line Attack Heroes look pretty cool as well.

He was, I'm not turning it into system wars. I was giving a competent example of a Publisher of similar stature. Its no different if I had said how many games Konami was putting out this year. Which is about 10 or so. Capcom is publishing around 5 or 6 games announced for this year. MY point is that 8 is not a small number of games being published in one year.

I played both RE5 on 360 and Madworld on Wii this year and tbh, had more fun with MW. RE5 is probably the worst non-spinoff RE I've ever played ( there's a reason why the average score is 10% lower than RE4s, lol ).

Also, the first reviews and impressions of Little Kings Story, which comes out for Wii soon, sound like it's probably going to be one the best 3rd party games on any console until now, in 2009.
