Build a time machine and go back to Dec 12, 2010 or even earlier so you can place a pre order.
If you plan on using a car to build the time machine you'll need a flux capacitor. It's also crucial that you reach a speed of 88 mph and have 1.21 giagwatts of power which can be supplied by plutonium.
Good luck and god speed!

True but unfortunately you never know when or where it's going to strike, unless you have a newspaper from the future telling you the exact location and time.
You could buy all 4 games from the Virtual Console.Stinger78Only the NES versions. All-Stars has the SNES versions of each game.

Did you know that Super Mario All-Stars for the Wii is a "limited edition" item?im like you... i waited and now it cost 60 to buy one...
ugh..why does nintendo make a game that only lasts 1 month.

Do you have an SNES?
Go to Goodwill/PawnShops/Flee Market and if you're lucky like me you can get Super Mario All-Stars for $5!

metroid is not popular :(They're going to reprint it - rumours are going around about a Japanese reprint, which would mean the same thing here. Nintendo already gouged people by selling them an $8 ROM dump for $30 - there's no reason for them to not churn out more copies to the people who would still buy that. Somehow it's less abhorrent than mouth-breathing hoarders buying up copies of All-Stars for the sole purpose of selling on Ebay/Amazon at a high price.DJ_Lae
i wonder how much my snes copy would fetch for.. good condition
This information comes from Nintendo public relations director Marc Franklin:
We are gratified by the consumer response to this limited-edition product, which we created to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the original Super Mario Bros. game on NES. Because of the strong response, we are exploring the option of bringing this item back at a later date. Until that decision is made, consumers should check with retailers, as supplies will vary by store.

snes copy would go for 10 bucks at the most lol , seeing as it isnt as rare as the wii one aint newer either
I wanted to get the game, but it came out like five days before Christmas and my husband was like "what if someone got it for you for Christmas, then you'd have two copies!" If the rumors of a reprint are true, then I'm taking my husband's credit card and getting a copy!
Is there any word on bringing back the Metroid Prime Collection? That one is actually worth getting, and I was in school when it came out.
You can get a used copy, for SNES at amazon for pretty cheap.

I really don't know why people want this thing. This collection is just mario all stars with a soundtrack that has 10 songs and 10 sound effects, and a book describing each of the Mario adventure games. I don't see the appeal, other than just for collection purposes.
[QUOTE="gamenerd15"]no, sadly nintendo kept their word and make it a collector's itemIs there any word on bringing back the Metroid Prime Collection? That one is actually worth getting, and I was in school when it came out.

That sucks. Nintendo is already thinking about bringing back the straight from SNES port with no other bells or whistles Mario collection but not the awesome metroid collection which has revamped controls for the first 2 games, plus achievements added in that unlock things, plus fixes for the issues with the first 2 games. I don't want to pay $80 or more for this trilogy.
