Watch the sunday ads. If Best buy or Corcuit city has them in the ad, be there when the store opens. My sis got me mine at game stop. She called them everyday and asked if they had any in stock.
ok heres what i did: (and i got mine like 2 weeks after launch)
call everystore you can think of that might carry a wii three times a day: whenn they open, in the afternoon and in the evening, and ask if they no if they have any idea when they'll getting more in, they nowmally have no clue but it doesnt hurt to ask. Do this everyday for about two week and BAM!, you got yourself a wii.
Lucky You People.... I've been waiting for 3 weeks now and we still didnt get any shipments..I called bestbuy and they told me they should have them by the 24th.. I live in Canada :D
I actually saw one sitting on the shelf at target the other day. It was kinda weird. I almost felt like buying it just because it was there and probably wasn't going to be there for much longer. Not a big fan of selling stuff on ebay though. And if anything I'd probably loose money on it.

You wouldn't really lose money if you forgo the store warranty and were smart about how to list and do the ebay fees and shipping charges. You would likely break even or get some cash. Certaintly a much better chance then selling a PS3 or xbox 360 on ebay. Lots of people have gotten burned selling PS3s on ebay. The buyers on the other hand were extremely pleased to not pay 500-600 dollars but 300-400 for a PS3.

I think you got nothing better to do in your life LOOOL j/k well people here camped 2-3 days b4 the launch date, the night b4 ps3 was launched bestbuy people came out and told every1 they only have 18 systems so the 1st 18 people got numbers and the rest had to go back home loool I used to see WII everywhere b4 but now that I wanna get 1, its sold out loool

I haven't seen them anywhere either, save one Wal-Mart and I just happened to walk in while they were stocking a new shipment. Your best bet is to stay away from places like Gamestop and go to major retailers.
