Probably... I haven't actually compared specs of Wii and the original Xbox, but I can't see the Wii being that far off. Would it be as spot-on as the PC version was? That's a little more debateable.
Who cares anyhow? Doom 3 wasn't that great... I'd much rather see Return To Castle Wolfenstein. Or just skip id altogether and get Valve to pop out Halflife or Halflife 2.

Yeah the actual Doom 3 game was a little disappointing, but the real point is that the engine could be tuned to run on Wii, opening up interesting possibilities for other games that use Doom 3's engine.
