People still wait in line for the Wii?

went to best buy today and people were still waiting in line and got the Wii. How is this possible since its been 8 months? Anybody still trying to get a wii or are you gonna sell it on Ebay if you can still make a profit.

Where? I want a Wii, but circumstances have prevented me from purchasing one. There was one time in December that a saw a fresh shipment arrive that was not sold out in an hour. I saw a little girl beg her Dad for one, then I left.

There aren't plenty available in some places, you know...  I had to call 10 stores everyday until I got one, and it took me about 3 weeks to get it.  (I got my Wii 4 days ago).

Depends where you live. A big city metroplex you would either have to be lucky or the city has major supply of wiis each week to not see lines from.

Most stores still today have one day a month or week they have wiis available.

Reason why people are still waiting is Nintendo is supplying the entire world and they can only make so many each month. Seriously people clamoring for a worldwide release in a matter of months instead of over a year or two forget the consequences of such a worldwide release in such a short time. Namely huge supply shortages.
