The only problem I see is that the Wii doesn't have a mic so you can't say objection. Now of course you could have Phoenix Wright DEAF attorney where you gestured the Wiimote to object with sign language but that doesn't carry the same "oomph" that the title has on the DS.
Games like Trauma Center and Cooking Mama are great to make the jump from the DS to the Wii because the motion controls are better going from the stylus to the Wiimote. The mic is such a large part of the Phoenix Wright games that they'll lose something going on the Wii.
but i dont know how I'd feel about PWii. Get it? ;) I mean the DS games are completely awesome. One of my favorite series, but the Wii would be a drastic change. As most know, the PW games are image based, there are no actual gameplay mechanics in the game itself. I dont know how that would transfer to a Wii game.
i want one soooooo bad for the wii. i had a ds but ummmmm...... i sort of lost it and now i cant find it but it would be so cool on wii u could make like a really sudden pointing motion and it would be a objection!!!! :D i cant wait... i hope nintendo makes one
