I got a used Nintendo DS but the touch screen wont work. I was wondering if i need to be able to use the touch screen for all games and if i need to get it repaired. Can i play most of the games for ds without using it at all?sc-jagerNo. Most DS games will require you to use the touch screen.
Non-stylus-requiring games that come to mind:
Nanostray 2
Bangai-O Spirits (but you won't be able to use the level editor)
N+ (again, no level editor for you)
Metal Slug 7
Ketsui: Death Label
Izuna
Izuna 2
Disgaea DS
Chrono Trigger DS
FF4 DS
Geometry Wars Galaxies
...but yeah, get that fixed, brah.

But if that were the case, the DS would have three or four noteworthy games, like the N64. At least the DS has an actual library that doesn't consist of just Mario Zelda Mario Mario Zelda Mario Mario Mario Starfox Mario.
castlevania? the newest one.EuroMafia
This is true until you unlock Albus Mode, where the touch screen is used to teleport around on-screen, and necessary to get past certain areas.
