i have pokemon diamond and i read that we can chat to people from all over the world but theres never anyone in the union room how can i meet people? is it important to visit the caves like solacian ruins etc? im not sure where to go now and you know you have a friend in the mission i havent seen him for a while

can i not meet people in pokemon randomly and get chatting to them? is wayward cave a good place to be in? i found a escape rope from there too which is good it gets a bit confusing in there but ive battled with some of the people in there

where is wayward cave again, is that the one with all the unknowns

if it is then that cave is only good for catching unknowns and getting this guy to make a shortcut (you need all 28 unknowns)
