Popularity of DS in your city

I'm from Russia and I'm very interested in popularity of DS in USA. In my city there are only about thousand DS users (city's population is about 6 millions). It is too poor.

So I'm going to make some trip to USA and it's very interesting to me will my DS be useful or not (I'm saying about Wi-Fi hotspots and players).

It will be graet if you write here about quantity of DS users in your cities.

I'm talking about city, not whole country. I can read the numbers in sold charts. I'm interested in local affairs of your cities.

btw here in Russia PSP is much more popular then DS because of Sony's great marketing politic. But marioboys don't give up)))

at my school (1500 people) probobly 60 or 70 have dses or dsls 

In my group of friends we have 10 DS's and 3 PSPs.

I don't know about the whole town, though.

Dude i'm from Russia too. So are you telling me that ds' are now selling there! I haven't been there in 7 years and i just don't know how big Russia is on video games. But anyways, in my town which isn't very big the popularity of ds' actually differ by grades and schools. In my grade me and 2 other people like ds and in my friend's school like everybody there likes them.

In Small Town Oregon (or Newberg) DSes, Laptops, and PSPs populate the school. The problem is that the PSP owners are girls and fattys.

Detroit michigan i only have 1 other friend with a DS all the rest have psp's and i hardly see anyone with a DS (i personally have both a DS and PSP)STABW0UND

Low popularity of DS is a bad point anyway(

Im from Vancouver and there arnt many DS users either. more people have PSP's which really sux when u are looking for rivals using rival radar.

I live in slovenia, where lives about 2.000.000 people (not much). In my town (Velika Nedelja) there is about 301 people. And only 2 people have DS. Thats me and my neighboor. And one girl on school have it too, but she dont live in Velika Nedelja, she was previously living in Germany. And i dont know where she lives now. So from 301 people only 2 have DS. :P

EDIT: Me and my neighboor. We're the only one in VN who have consoles. I have DS, GC, XBOX, NES, and my neighboor have PS2,PSOne,DS,XBOX.

i cant really tell but from what i've seen so far there are more PSP users here in my city. btw, i'm from Philippines. lordlors

I live in Canada all the people I know and I know allot people have DS's also allot of kids in my school have DS's. In my school all the wannabe gangsters and thugs have psps and all the normal and some cool people have DS'sBender_Rox

In Auckland, New Zealand from what I can tell from my friends, the PSP dominates.
Which is a terrible. I have a DS OFCOURSE!
The PSP is about image though, sadly.neon_tetra

I've never seen anyone play a ds here in my city in England.

But then again i go to college not school where your going to find them the most.
