Post Here If You Still Use The Original DS

I picked up an original DS maybe a year or two after it was released. After all these new versions came out, I have never upgraded. So I'm wondering, who else here still owns only one DS which is the "Phat"?

i still do the fat one is the best in durability. ive dropped it many times down stairs, hills, and even in the toilet and it still works. seriously

I have the huge one also. The funny thing is my kid's asked me why was I playing with an organizer?

i have mine, i didnt really want it at first, my dad's friend brought it, he didnt even ask if i want it or not, but now i love it, im thinking about getting a dsi

The old stylus is really annoying to use. It cramps my hands. But i still have my old DS and a really crappy DS lite thats just barley alive. im gonna get a dsi

Me! It would have to break first before I bought a new DS. Also I like The GBA slot to much to get a dsi.

Yup, got mine the morning it was released, an awesome day indeed. I like the bulkiness.UnsaidWarning

i've still got mine from launch day as well. its got its fair share of scrathces, and the speakes are a little wierd sounding at max volume, but i still love it.

I've been using a big fat blue one since it was released. Overuse has driven the speakers out of sync, the screen into sratchiness, and the battery doesn't last as long anymorel

So much thinner/smaller. You can bend it easily too.

So did I.I still own the "phat" version and have never upgraded. I boughtthe original DS and about 5 or 6 months later the DS lite came out which annoyed me. Mine is still working even though it has suffered a few batterings over the years.

Good to see I'm not alone!

My bottom screen is kind of dead because I played New Super Mario Bros./Super Mario 64 DS minigames on it without a proper stylus, but it works fine. Never wanted a DS Lite.
